How did you get involved with the Community Foundation ? Volunteered in the Summer holidays in 2004 which led to a two year apprenticeship & a permanent position followed after that.
How long have you worked for the Foundation ? 8 years, interrupted by spells coaching in USA, Norway & the South coast.
Why did you choose this as a job ? It’s a good lifestyle, very rewarding and great for free kit - definitely don’t do it for the money !
